i t 's ... E L E C T R i F Y i N G!
Fallingsky has seen the moon at it's largest state 25 times. She prides herself in being, well, a she-cat and her loyalty lies in EastClan. Being a deputy is everything she's worked for. Caelum is Fallingsky's element. {Storm Caller}
E X T E R i O R click 'A seemingly ordinary ginger tabby' is what you may think as your eyes come across Fallingsky. Light and darker shades of orange make up this she-cat's pelt, perhaps as if the the sky's color at sunset had been transformed into a pelt. Although slightly smaller than most cats, this little lady packs a punch- a big one, at that! Her eyes are like a pool of lightning bolts- strong and penetrating, and quite vibrant. They always seem hard, impenetrable, maybe a bit mean-looking. The deputy's chin is dappled with some white, which trails all the way to her tail tip, crossing her underbelly and so on. Her paws look as if she'd padded right through snow, that stained in her fur. Most times, she is in a quite good-natured mood and so it gives her a light, airy look. When wet, her fur seems to fluff out and make her look two times bigger, which in her case, making her look just above normal size. Her small size makes it easier for her in battle, to slip in and out of opponents like a bar of soap in your hands. Not only that, but it was an advantage as a mischievous apprentice for a quick get away. True, Fallingsky is a little small, but don't let that fool you about her strength. She packs a punch; after all, big surprises come from small packages, and Fallingsky fits the package role. Able to dart around efficiently, when you say 'go' this she-cat's already half-way there. Though her speed is maybe around the average level, she can start up like a jump started, electrified feline!
The deputy's body structure isn't extremely aerodynamic, but her muscles are tone level. On her right hind leg, there is a seemingly lighting-shaped scar that resembles a bent line than a lightning bolt shape, but Fallingsky enjoys calling it that. There is a patch of hair missing where the scar is, so it is quite noticeable, and she believes it was her fate to get the scar seeing as it connects with the fact she can control lightning from storms. A storm caller is her power.
A T T i T U D E 'Wired' may be the appropriate word to define this she-cat. Most times, she may seem as she's been shocked by a few thousand bolts of electricity! Most times, she's ready to tackle anything that comes her way, but sometimes that means taking on something way out of her league. She can sometimes be sarcastic, but does not practice the art regularly. Fallingsky isn't at all stubborn, but rather is easygoing and flexible- but at times, she is dedicated to what she wants. The deputy becomes nervous and uncomfortable when the subject of love comes rounding the corner, and she feels she will find someone whenever life decides to throw the lover into her life. But otherwise, she's a sucker for a charming tom. Her light, airy playful nature only happens around friends, and perhaps those of higher rank, ect. However, to a stranger Fallingsky will act a tad mysterious and secluded, quiet, a little kept to herself. Fallingsky realizes it is an advantage when in battle, the element she has, and she doesn't need to show physical affection to show . The female can at times have very little confidence in herself, even though it would appear she is acting quite full of herself. Most times, she is trying to convince herself, and sometimes can be a little undecided about things..
In her past, her parents expected her to do wonders and never showed much praise for her..due to that, Fallingsky is always looking for the praise of others. Her trust is difficult to gain, and she enjoys being in the company of other people. A bit talkative and perky, the deputy knows how to be mature and serious when duty calls.
However much she enjoys being around other cats, inside she feels incredibly lonely, even though Fallingsky won't admit it. She believes as deputy she needs to be a role model. One of her greatest, most grandest pet peeve is when somebody talks fox-dung about her behind her back, or right in front of her without making eye contact but knowing she's there- Fallingsky believes if you're going to do it, tell it straight to the cat's face, not pass it around like a game of pine-cone toss. Straight-forward and a good listener, Fallingsky is a little peculiar and does not enjoy talking about herself. Some might call it humble. She does really like being praised, but she won't show it. Fallingsky has no comment on this subject if you were to ask, seeing as she, well, doesn't like talking about herself. On the outside she may seem like she's got nothing to hide, but in reality, she's hiding her true feelings of loneliness...
t h e p a s t ;; Fallingsky, born with two other still-born kittens, was the pride and joy of her mother and father. At times, she felt she must live up to the expectations surrounding her being a elite, as everyone said she would be a great warrior. And it's not that she believed that she wouldn't- she had that much condidence in herself- but the fact people just expected her to do above and beyond rather than just being proud she did her best. Anyways, she grew up with a feeling of loneliness...nobody seemed to understand her thoughts and reasons, and so the feeling grew like a weed. As an apprentice she was fairly quiet, but she was a good listener and a good friend. Fallingsky never put her entire trust into someone growing up, but her happiest moments include running about and feeling the wind in her fur, the feeling of freedom, rolling around with some other apprentices, bounding about and causing mischief. But most of all, listening to the stories of the elders has to be one of the most favorite past times of the young she-cat. One casual day, when Fallingsky, or Fallingpaw rather, wasn't training, she would wake up, and barely stretch and yawn before she was already bounding on over to the elder's den, and beg them for another story. Picking the fleas out of their fur became not as much as a chore then a favor and a kind-doing to her elderly friends. Most of the day she would be there, curled up, ears perked up and ready to listen, eyes as wide as the moon with expectancy. At times, she would tell them of her latest adventures running about, but her tales did not compare to their tales of heroism and victorious battles. Tales of cats falling away into the black hole of love, being sucked in..
And so Fallingsky believes there is much to learn from the past, her past, the past of others..wisdom comes from experience, and experience comes from having a past. As for her battle training, she did fairly well and got promoted to being a warrior. Now, with more duties to do, she was quite busy and had very little time to go to the elder's den...her heart was struck with grief as elders passed away...her heart leaped as senior warriors went on to live an elder's retired, relaxed life. It pained her to not be able to visit them as much as she wanted, but now she had responsibilities. Fulfilling them using her very best effort required all her energy, running around hunting, mentoring, bordering patrols. Then, to her extreme surprise, she was chosen as deputy. Fallingsky's heart skipped a beat as her name came out of Capestar's mouth...
Now here she is, Fallingsky, her light playful nature with her lonely core, running around doing what deputies do. Now very little does she visit the elders, but their tales have stayed in her mind for as long as she has lived, and she is quite clever now. Mentoring, to Fallingsky, is an extremely important position and she takes the job very seriously..teaching the apprentices all they need to know in this world we live in.
r p - e x a m p l e ;; The sun peeked into the apprentice's den, lighting up the whole place. Flecks of moss clung to Fallingpaw's pelt, and she stood quite quickly, almost jumping up. Shaking the moss off her fur, she was ecstatic for today she wouldn't be training with her mentor. Her parents were out of camp, training their apprentices for they were mentors. Oh the freedom. Oh, the possibilities...
But, unlike what some other apprentices would choose to do with their precious time, she bounded over to the elder's den for some stories. Her tabby ginger fur seemed to glow in the sunlight, like it was radiating light all around. Fallingpaw's fur was smooth and shiny in the sunlight, scar-free, innocent. Her eyes, once again, relate to the sun..like captured pools of light. Her paws were light on the cave floor of the camp, and she looked around and saw all the movement happening. Something odd rippled through the air, and she caught some senior warriors talking in grave tones, grief-stricken tones. But nothing could bring down Fallingpaw's mood. Today was another busy day, but she would be spending it happily in the elder's den. It was so cozy there...always snug. If you were to go into the den and you weren't part of the clan, you'd probably feel right at home. For a moment she paused, realizing it would be best to bring some prey for them to eat.
And so the young she-cat padded over to the prey-pile, picking up three plump mice by their tails. She had to move fast because they were slipping, however. But her mentor blocked her way, and looked at her suspiciously, a smile crawling over his face. "Where are you going with those?" He asked her, even though it seemed he knew the answer.
"I goinf to elderf den" Fallingpaw meowed through a mouthful of mice.
Her mentor laughed and cleared her way. Fallingpaw gave him a quick friendly nod as she zoomed by. When she arrived, placing down the mice, she looked up at the elders. The wisdom in their eyes was amazing to Fallingpaw, and even though some might make fun and say elders just whine and complain, the apprentice believes elders are much more than a ball of whining fur. Her paws, dipped in white, kneaded the moss that greeted her. It was almost like the whole den was lined with moss. "Hello, Fallingpaw!" "Welcome back."
"Hi! Where is.." Suddenly Fallingpaw's eyes went wide as she spoke the words. The oldest elder, a tom named Redwhisker, wasn't there. And unfortunately, the she-cat was old enough to understand the cruelty of nature. "Oh..no.." She said quietly, grief over taking her voice.
"He went without pain, it was while he was sleeping." Came a she-cat's raspy voice. She was called Rainpelt. "But on a happier note, I've remembered a good story to tell you." Said a tom's voice, who goes by the name Stormtail.
Fallingpaw gave a prayer for Redwhisker, and sat down, curling her tail around her paws, and flicked her ears to show she was ready. It was times like these, when she would listen to the elder's stories and get comfortable in the moss, that she would remember forever. "Well, it was a dark stormy night..." Stormtail said in a joking tone. "Stormtail!" Rainpelt said, nudging him to tell the real story. "Alright, alright." Stormtail agreed, getting comfortable.
Sometimes, it is not the bad that we remember, Fallingpaw thought after as she made her way back to her den. It had been a long day of storytelling, and afterward she had gone hunting with her mentor. Or use the bad to define someone. After all, who wants to be defined by their imperfections? But rather we should always look on the good side...tell people good things, and stay on the positive side, thought Fallingpaw. But alas, one should always remember the good in one's past, not the bad. Yes, Redwhisker passed away. But Fallingpaw remembered all the good things about him. His warm voice and patience, his black coat and storm cloud gray eyes... A lump in the young she-cat's throat formed as she realized she'd never hear his voice again, but then remembered. Remembered all the good. And that made all the difference..

although thunder blood cats DO shock people, it's not so powerful to the point where they have to be isolated. because elites receive strict training, it's highly unlikely that they would have to stay away from others.
you also say she's fast, but not aerodynamic- that would slow her. she really, she cannot be that fast.
also, she's too old for deputy. deputies are chosen young- the eldest considered is actually thirty moons, although for the sake of being smart, i doubt that capestar would choose an aged deputy.

And please, read the rules. I edited your post -- you're not supposed to post the codeword, as stated in the rules [to my belief], until you're finished with your application. Edit it back in when you've finished.
Please and thank you.

yeah, I forgot about their power climax. I thought that the deputy age should be close to the leaders but I guess it's best to go 23-ish?
and actually, if we see that the codeword is already in the bios we should go through and put admin edited in all of them since their on a 'no finish pause'.

I'm sorry Tide. There isn't enough information for me to have known that, but I suppose now I know. So they CAN shock people by touching them...yet not? You've lost me.
Everything else is fixed, people (:

yes, they CAN shock people by touching them, but they're TRAINED to control it. meaning they're not crazy little emo kitties that hurt everyone they get close to, but collected warriors who can control when they shock, and when they don't. get it now? it's not rocket science, hun. =P
i see you are constantly referring to her as a 'thunder blood'. cats are not referred to by their abilities, but by their elements and the ranking those abilities put them into. 'thunder blood' is not a title for a cat, but the name of an ability; therefore 'thunder blood' should not be used to describe her. please change it. it's bothering me. XD;;; -ocd!-
you also did not put caelum in the power space. her element is CAELUM, while her specific ability is THUNDER BLOOD. ._.;;
