Near the center of camp is a large boulder/rock where the leader calls it's meetings from. It's scorched on it's sides and has a blackened color [getting its name] from a fire long ago when their ancestors lived in their lives. Oddly enough, the rock and a small circle of grass around it never healed from the fire. It's still just a patch of dirt around the scorched rock.
